What the fabric is, and what it costs you

These are cotton tanks, not performance polyester, and it is better to say so on this page than to have you find out in the third set. Combed cotton is soft against the skin, it does not cling, and it gets better with every wash. What it will not do is move sweat. Cotton absorbs water and holds onto it, so a cotton tank gets heavier as you play and stays damp long after you have stopped. That is a real trade rather than a footnote, and it decides which of these shirts you should be buying.

Who these are for

The social hit, the warm evening practice session, league night at the club, the drive there and the drink afterwards. They are also simply summer shirts, and a good share of them never see a court at all. What they are not is match kit for a hot, humid three-setter you actually care about winning — for that, the hot-weather range is moisture-wicking polyester and does the job cotton cannot.

Fit and sizing

The cut is athletic rather than compression: it follows the shoulder and the taper without squeezing. All 56 designs run S to 2XL, and 24 of them also run to 3XL. Measured chest and length are printed on every product page. Between sizes, take the larger one — a tank that binds at the armhole will annoy you on every single serve.

A dress-code note before you buy

For women, tanks are accepted everywhere. For men, most public-facility USTA leagues allow them, while a minority of traditional clubs still require sleeves, so it is worth asking your captain before an away match. Pickleball has no such rule anywhere. If your club is one of the strict ones, the tennis t-shirts carry most of the same artwork with a sleeve.

How to choose one

Pick by how loud you want to be about it. The vintage club crests are quiet enough for a clubhouse; the beer-can series and the scoreboard designs are not, and are not trying to be. Going the other way in the season, the hoodies and warm-ups are the layer for cold mornings and the walk off court.

Each tank is printed when you order it, which is why the designs can be this specific and why there is no dead stock sitting behind them. Production takes 3-5 business days before the parcel ships, with standard US transit after. Allow about 10-14 days if it is for a fixed date. We ship to the United States only.
