All Court Sportswear products are custom printed on demand — made just for you, when you order. Because each item is produced fresh, please allow for the following timeframes:
Production Time
3–5 business days. Every item is printed, quality-checked, and packed by our fulfillment partner before shipping.
Shipping Time

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products:
We'll make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- There's a print quality issue
If any of the above applies, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at support@court-sportswear.com or use our contact form with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We typically respond within 24 hours and ship replacements within 3–5 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since production begins quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your item is likely already in production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
