Shipping & Returns

Everything here is written the way we'd want it explained to us: plainly, with the trade-offs stated. If anything is unclear, the FAQ covers the common questions and the contact page reaches a real person.

Shipping

Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat US rate of $4.75. The threshold is calculated on your cart subtotal before tax.

Production & delivery timing (the honest version)

Our apparel is made to order and printed in the USA, so there are two stages to the timeline:

• Production: 3–5 business days to print and finish your order before it ships.
• Transit: standard US delivery after that, typically a few more business days depending on your location.

If you're ordering for a specific match, tournament, or team night, give yourself about 10–14 days of runway and you'll be comfortably covered. We'd rather set that expectation honestly than promise a date we can't hold.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is printed to order, we handle returns case by case with a focus on doing right by the player. If your order arrives with a print flaw, a defect, or the wrong item, we'll make it right — reach out through the contact page with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort a replacement or refund. For sizing, check the size guide before ordering; if the fit is off, contact us and we'll walk through options.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Everything is designed in Austin, TX and printed and shipped from the USA.
