Tell us how it went
Court Sportswear is a small store run by one person in Austin. There is no review widget with a thousand entries behind it, because there are not a thousand orders behind it. What there is, is a real interest in what you thought — particularly on the two things we cannot check for you: how it fitted against the size you picked, and how the print held up after a few washes and a few matches.
What to send
- Which piece you bought, and the size
- Whether the fit matched what the size guide led you to expect
- How the print looks after it has been washed
- Anything you would change
- A photo, if you are happy for us to use it — say so explicitly and we will only publish it if you have
How to send it
Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact page. Put REVIEW in the subject so it does not get lost among the order questions.
What we do with it
We publish it on the product page, as written. We do not edit reviews to make them nicer and we do not drop the unflattering ones — a page of uniformly glowing reviews is the least believable thing on the internet. If something went wrong, say so; if it is a defect or the wrong item we will put it right under the refund policy regardless of whether you write anything.
No incentive is offered for a review, and none will be. A paid review is worth nothing to the next person reading it.
