A five-step checklist set as ruled rows with numbers, four of them completely sincere and the fifth undoing all of them. Heavy condensed caps, generous leading, no decoration — it looks like something laminated and kept in a bag.
Printed front only, narrowed slightly so the lockup sits inside the armholes rather than running under them.
